This notice explains how CellarTeam (part of FreeOfTie.com) uses the personal information you give us through the forms on cellarteam.com. We are the data controller for this information under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Quote form: your name, pub or business name, address and postcode, email address, phone number, any notes or preferred days, and the details of your quote (number of taps, area, time slot and price).
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
- Technical data: to stop spam, our server briefly keeps a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address for up to 24 hours. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to send you a copy of your quote, to arrange and confirm a date for the work and to keep a record of what was agreed. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. You tick a box to confirm you're happy for us to contact you.
Who sees it
Form submissions are sent by email to info@cellarteam.com and handled by our team. Our website and email are hosted by our UK hosting provider, who processes the data on our behalf. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep job and quote records for as long as needed for our business and legal (for example, tax) obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@cellarteam.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
